Introduction

I grew up in Chicago, went to Lane Tech and then to MIT. I landed my first technology job while I was still in high school, and I have earned my living from technology ever since. I love to make things and learn how they work and are designed.

Are you a hack (writer, photographer, content creator), a hacker (developer, engineer, designer) or both?

Both, but more on the hacker side. I have a house and a '30 catamaran sailboat that I mostly maintain myself, so I'm at least moderately competent with the application of a lot of tools and technologies.

Are you looking for partners to collaborate on a project, and if so what?
